American universities mandate masks again as coronavirus cases rise

Dozens of universities across the United States of America have made masks compulsory again as the coronavirus cases rise again. This includes Columbia University, Johns Hopkins University and Georgetown University, among a lot more. Philadelphia became the first major US city to mandate indoor masking again. There has been a huge controversy regarding if masks should be reinforced in the country again or not. There are two factors to be considered. One is health care and the other is politics and it's inevitable to separate them both from each other. But the rising COVID cases have tensed many and it is for everyone's better to start wearing masks again.
