Last minute tips for CBSE class 10th and 12th board exams

posted on: December 21, 2023

CBSE has released its date sheet for class 10th and 12th board exams. Students have now geared up for the preparation as only a little time is left for the exams. One of the biggest challenges that students face while giving their board exams is running short on time. Here are some tips for you to save your time while giving your board exams and make sure that you attempt all the questions.

  1. Read the question paper thoroughly in the 15 minutes of reading time that will be given to you. Most students do not read the question paper and just simply look at it and waste these 15 minutes. These 15 minutes are very critical as you can decide all the questions that you should appear. Also, in case you cannot clearly remember the answer of any question, this time can be used to re-collect all the information that you might have read.
  2. You can also create a mind map regarding all the things that you would like to include in theory questions. Always make sure that you write exactly what is asked and not anything extra. This will not only save your time but also help you score better.
  3. Use very clear and concise language. Do not try to use extremely difficult words. Try to keep your answer short and precise. Precise and crisp answers are always preferred by board examinations.
  4. Draw diagrams and tables for a better representation of data. Instead of writing a long theory, take the help of pointers, diagrams and table charts. It will help in saving your time and also make your answer look very attractive.
