There are a number of scholarships offered by the Australian government to international students. Over the period of time, India and Australia have come into a number of agreements to support the movement of international students from one country to another. The scholarships cover almost all the expenses of an international student including tuition fees, accommodation and other miscellaneous expenses. These scholarship include-

1. Australian government research training scholarships

The scholarship is awarded by the Department of education. The application process and the selection criteria is different among all the universities.

2. CSIRO scholarship programme

The Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) Especially established for all those people who are interested in the field of research. There are annual vacancies in this organization and selected individuals get to be a part of this institution and conduct research among the most famous scientists of the world.

3. Destination Australia scholarship

This scholarship helps in making international students study in Australian universities. The idea behind this scholarship is to empower Australia with the social and economic benefits that international students bring into the country.
 

4. CSIRO Data61 scholarship programme

This scholarship focuses on only STEM related subjects and offers scholarships to students pursuing their PhD.
