Tips to write a good CV for fresh graduates

posted on: December 05, 2022

After completing your higher education, the main target is to get a job. Almost everywhere you apply, you will need a CV. A lot of people undermine the importance of having a good CV. Your CV actually makes a lot of difference in how the recruiter views you as a potential candidate for the job. Here are some tips to write a CV that will give you an advantage over other candidates-

  • Always use a professional format for drafting your CV.
  • In order to make your CV more meaningful to the recruiter, add substantial data supported by numbers. This means that if you have worked as an intern in some organisation make sure that you name the organisation and the number of years that you have worked there.
  • Try to give your CV to someone else before finally submitting it to the recruiter for having an added review.
  • It is always advisable to add a cover letter along with your CV. Not only it gives your CV a personal touch but also makes you easy to contact.
