A guide for packing to Canada as an international student

posted on: July 22, 2022

Are you a student heading to Canada for the coming intake and worried about what to pack? Well, then you have come to the right place because we are here to help you with the same. Now that you will be staying for at least a couple of year or so this are some essentials you mustn't forget as per particular season-

  • Winter

Socks, toques, gloves, scarfs and a neck warmer must be your winter essentials which you must not forget.

  • Autumn

Raincoat, an umbrella, play jackets (comfortable or informal clothing worn for leisure activities or play), scarfs, coats and waterproof shoes must be packed for the autumn season.

  • Summer

Summers are not that hot in Canada and especially if you are traveling from Asia you can find the summers even cold there. Light and breezy clothes such as shorts, tank tops, light-coloured shirts, and leggings are advised. A cap or a bucket hat is also essential to protect your skin from the sun, while a pair of sunglasses for sun protection can also be carried.

  • Spring

It's cool in Canada during spring. Hoodies, vests, fleece jackets, and denim are good fit for the weather in spring.
