Are Indian schools preparing students for studying abroad?

posted on: January 25, 2023

The curriculum followed by Indian schools is very different from the schools in the western part of the world. This is one of the reasons why Indian students have a hard time adjusting with the new style of education in international universities. Experts have said that students are going to have a better experience while studying abroad if schools in India start preparing them from an early stage.

Many schools in big cities such as Mumbai and Delhi have started offering free of cost consultations and counseling to students for higher education. They are guided about the process of loans and university application process. But still there is a major gap in tier two cities where students still do not have any knowledge about studying abroad. They have to pay extra money to agents in order to understand the whole process. There is still a long way to go and schools need to work really hard so that students are prepared from an early stage for international education.
