Australia will no longer allow international students to pursue two courses simultaneously for the initial six months of their study. This change is specifically meant to crack down students who come to Australia for work on a student visa. Australia wants to maintain its standard of education, which is why it's ensuring that students who come to the country through education visas prioritise their education and not illegally earn money. This change will not impact students who have already enrolled into programmes. Under this policy, the students will be able to only in role in a dual degree programme which is offered by one College only. Other than this, if a student has to enrol into programmes, and the reasons are unavoidable, then the student might be given permission. For other cases, students will have to wait for six months to enrol in a second degree.
