The number of students taking loans to study abroad has increased by 215% from 2013 to 2014. This means that there has been a massive increase in the students who are going abroad and are also seeking financial support from banks and other commercial institutions. A lot of students think that it is impossible to pay your loan through working part time. That is 20 hours a week on an average. Generally studying abroad costs you a lot of money and you end up spending a lot on your education as well as in your accommodation. In such a scenario, maintaining your miscellaneous expenses and also paying back your education loan seems impossible. Some countries have started allowing international students to work for more hours.
During off days they can work for the whole day that allows them to earn more money. As per a student survey, many students say that although paying back your education loan is possible, it does severely affect your work and study balance. You barely get to have personal time and are always burdened with study and work. The key is to make sure that you have a healthy work and study balance and try to remove your debt as much as possible. Your goal should not be to pay back all of your debt but even if you're able to pay half of it, then it is exemplary.
