Canada will give 700 Indian students a second chance. These 700 hundred students have been victims of fraud and the Canadian Border Security Agency (CBSA) issued deportation notices to them over fake acceptance letters. Now the officials from the Immigration department have said that they will not be penalising victims but will be actively looking for culprits. These students will be given second chances and will be allowed to stay back in the country.
