Chandigarh University has recently announced that it will be offering a scholarship called CUCET scholarship that will be offered on an annual basis. This will be given to meritorious students irrespective of their financial backgrounds. Students who will be taking admission in the university this year will be eligible for the scholarship. Under the scholarship fund allocation of Rs.170 crore will be given to the selected students. Many scholarships will be given in the form of fee waivers, and the other scholarships will be given in the form of monthly stipend offered to students. The students will have to first give the test organised by the Chandigarh University for admission. It is only after giving the test, the university will be deciding which students will be getting the scholarship.
