United States of America
Students coming to the US under the F1 visa, have the option of changing their visa to H1B visa and live in the US for three years. This can be further extended to 6 years also.
Australia
International students are allowed to stay in Australia for two years after completing their education, irrespective of their courses.
United Kingdom
The UK allows international students to stay for two years after completing their higher education in the country.
Canada
Canada also gives post study work visas to international students. The international student must be at least 18 years of age and should have studied in a Canadian university through off-line mode of education for at least eight months. In any case, a post study work visa cannot be extended more than three years.
