This year there has been an 80% rise in the number of candidates who have achieved a hundred percent tied in their JEE Mains exam. Due to such high marks, most of the engineering colleges have increased their cut-offs. Similarly, the cut-off for JEE advance exam has also been increased for every category. Candidates need to secure the minimum cut-off in order to be eligible for the JEE advance exam. Now, considering the fact that so many students have got hundred percentile, the annual cut-off for the qualification for JEE advance exam has been officially increased.
