Delhi University has finally released the criteria for getting into PhD programmes. This year the university is going to give 70% weightage to the NET scores and 30% weightage will be given to the interview round. Students will have to first qualify the UGC NET to become eligible for getting admission. After that the qualified students can register on the official website of Delhi University. The university will shortlist candidates who have authentic documents. After the shortlisting process, the selected candidates will be called for a personal interview round before final selection. There are three different categories that students can get selected from. The first category is for students who have qualified JRF which will make them eligible for a monthly stipend, assistant professorship, and PhD. The second category is for students who are eligible for the post of an assistant professor and PhD. The third category is for students who are only eligible for PhD.
