ETS has opened a new centre for TOEFL and IELTS exam in Mumbai in collaboration with colleges ponds. The new centre has been opened considering the importance of the two exams in fulfilling the dreams of students who want to study abroad. As the number of students going to foreign countries for higher education has been increasing exponentially every year the requirement for more test taking institutions has been on a rise.
