Recently European universities have extended their desire and wish to come into more frequent collaborations with the global universities. France's Udice, Germany's U15 and the Guild of European Research Intensive Universities published a joint statement on the 27th of April quoting
''wish to reiterate their commitment to strengthen international cooperation in research, while mitigating the challenges associated with international partnerships”. This is a consequence of the Russian invasion of Ukraine that has made these universities seek for more educational security in terms of research, technology and studies of students. So countries should be more open to support other countries and take support from them as well.
