Now that females are no longer allowed to pursue higher education in Afghanistan, they have shown their interest in pursuing education from foreign universities. Many universities have come in support of these women but still there are a lot of problems that women have to face. As per the new laws in Afghanistan, no female can travel without the company of a man. As a result, there is a restriction on the solo travel of females and all those females who do not have a male with them to accompany them are not able to travel to foreign universities.
Many activists from Afghanistan have urged international universities to help them with the ongoing crisis. Females in Afghanistan have also urged the government officials to allow them to pursue secondary education in schools.
