Especially in the field of healthcare, universities and making it a point to cover all the study related to the pandemic and any future pandemic that the humankind may have to face.

The rise of hybrid mode of education and online education is also notable. 

A lot of universities are now offering distance courses that students can pursue by just sitting at home. The value of these courses is no less than an off-line degree. Also more students are now migrating to foreign countries for higher education. The number has increased by multiple exponents in a lot of countries. This is because students had been waiting for two years to get the opportunity of moving abroad. Due to travel restrictions a lot of backlog was created in the immigration department of different countries. Now that the borders have opened up, all of the students are going abroad in solidarity.
