Education comes under a fundamental right for children across the globe. It is an indispensable part of one's life and education. It's helps them from protection against exploitation, poverty and discrimination. The already existing laws guarantee a right to education for children till the age of 18 but doesn't give them a right to free education. Children from poor families who can't afford schools are the least likely ones to attend the school. So some law for the protection of these children must be made in order to ensure that these students are attending schools. After the pandemic this goal seems more important than ever before and thus the government has to take steps to ensure a thriving present for a secure future.
