According to a recent study done in Canada, it has been found that most of the international students in Canada had been living in selective provinces. These provinces are the areas where residents are most likely to get a permanent residence.
It was found out that more than 70% of the international students live in 10 selected provinces in Canada. Out of these 10, Quebec represented the highest population of international students. This was followed by Manitoba and Alberta where 80% of the students were international. Other provinces where international students are in high numbers are British Columbia, Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Saskatchewan.
