Medical college is considered very hard as you have to give almost all your day to studying. Many students drop in between due to excessive academic pressure and the inability to have any personal or social life. Moreover, medical degrees are longer in terms of the years that they take for completion than most other degrees. Generally, it's a rule that most students work during their college to support themselves financially. The part-time work hours depend on the concerned county but it's generally near 20-25 hours per week. But medical degrees require you to study more than most degrees on average. Most med schools professors advise on not doing a job during medical school stating that studying must be your only job. The studies demand a lot of commitment and investment, so do not go off track and focus on your studies. Assignments, exams, and practicals will keep you very busy so thinking about doing a job is futile. If your economic condition is not good, seek scholarships or financial help but try to avoid doing any job.
