The results of JEE advanced, which is considered one of the most difficult exams not just in India but around the world, have been declared. It is through this exam that students are able to get into prestigious IITs in the country. Only the students who are able to clear the JEE mains can apply for the JEE advanced exam. This year around 48,248 students have qualified to be eligible for admissions in IITs. Out of this 11,280 students are from the IIT Madras zone itself. This year the overall topper is Ved Lahoti. Ved who was taking his coaching from Kota has been able to get AIR 1 in the exam. Upon being asked about the reason behind his success, Ved has said that healthy competition and giving continuous mock tests has really helped him score well in the exam. He further wants to pursue computer science from IIT Bombay.
