Students from China are deciding to study abroad in larger numbers because of low job prospects in the country. Because of the pandemic, China's economy had to suffer huge losses. Like the rest of the world, China is also going through an economic recession due to which the jobs are not enough to absorb the unemployed people. According to the latest data, one out of every five youth between the ages of 16 to 24 were unemployed during the last summer.
Although China has made significant recovery in the past two years, there is still a long way to go. This is the reason why most students are deciding to study abroad in international universities and different countries. The hope of better future and job opportunities is what is attracting Chinese students.
