Multiple students who were allotted admit cards for class 10th and 12th board exams have been debarred from giving CBSC board exams in the allotted examination centres. Majority of the students have now approached the Delhi High Court to address the complicated issue. Students are terming the situation as unacceptable and inexplicit. Without giving any proper explanation, the students were simply not allowed to sit in the examination centres. If a particular student is not eligible for the exam then it is not okay to release an admit card for them.
Justice C Hari Shankar from the Delhi High Court has said that CBFC has no right or whatsoever to not allow students to appear for their board exams once the admit card has been issued. A final decision is yet to be made on the problem but students have been given assurance that their future would not be spoiled and they will be allowed to sit for the exams in the coming days.
