More than 40000 students in Maharashtra have appeared for the Common Entrance Exam. The exam will be held for programs like BBA, BCA and BMS. The exam is one of the most popular exams in Maharashtra for undergraduate programmes. As opposed to the previous years where lakhs of students used to register for the exams, this year the registrations have fallen down dramatically. Initially the registration was scheduled to end on 11th April, 2024. However, the registration has been pushed to a week further. The organisers of the entrance exam have said that students now do not have a lot of awareness about this entrance exam. Previously a lot of colleges and universities in Maharashtra used to organise autonomous entrance exams. However, this year a common exam has been scheduled. Due to lack of awareness, the registration till now is very low.
