Delhi University recently organised its spot round for UG courses. More than 8600 students have been offered a seat in the spot round. All of the students have to accept the seat by September 3, 2023. Students can make online payment by 5th September, 2023. Spot round is conducted to fill the vacant seats in various colleges in Delhi University. Now Delhi University is yet to make a decision on the announcement of a second spot round. This year, the admission to UG and PG courses in Delhi University was quite competitive as the number of applicants increased drastically. In 2022, the number of candidates who registered for CUET in Delhi University was not very high because of confusion among candidates regarding CUET. But this year everything is back to normal and admission to DU has become even more competitive.
