Majority of the seats for the new BTech programme in Delhi universities have remained vacant because of less registrations and applicants. Just one seat for electrical engineering, 20 from computer science and two from electronics and communications have been filled. Rest of the seats are still vacant which is why Delhi University is planning to fill the seats through spot round.
