New Zealand is working hard to improve its visa processing time for international students

Immigration New Zealand has been working consistently hard to improve the amount of time that international students have to wait to get their student visas. New Zealand experienced a high peak in the number of student visa applications in 2022. In 2023, there has been a further increase of 20% in the number of visa applications received by the country from international students. However, a lot of students had to wait for long intervals for their visas. To solve this problem, the country has come up with effective strategies to cut down the visa waiting time.
