The national entrance examination test which is one of the most sought-after medical entrance exams in India reported around 20,00,00 registrations for the year 2023 to 2024. The NEET exam is organised by NTA every year for both UG and PG courses. Last year around 18,00,00 students registered for the same exam. This year there has been an increase in the number of registrations which means that students are more interested in staying in their own country and pursuing medicine. This can also mean that students are increasingly interested in studying medicine which is why most students are interested in pursuing an MBBS degree.
The NTA will release the date of examination very soon. Students will be able to download their admit cards from the official website of NTA, a couple of weeks before the examination date.
