Over 40 000 international students affected in the UK due to the ongoing strikes

posted on: July 18, 2023

More than 40,000 international students have been affected because of the ongoing strike in the educational institutes of the UK. More than 150 universities in the UK are witnessing a mass teacher strike for increasing compensation for teachers. As a result, the degrees of the students have been delayed. The UK has a rule for international students to submit their degrees within two months of the completion of their education. But due to the strike, students are facing delays due to which they are not able to join jobs or apply for work visas. Many students have to go back to their countries because of the same reason.
