Post graduation students studying in colleges and universities can apply for Central scholarship till 31st December on the official scholarship portal of the Indian government. Students who were already selected for the scholarships last year can apply for scholarship renewal. To be eligible for the scholarships it is compulsory to be within the age group of 18 to 25. Also your family income annually must not cross Rs.4.5 lakhs. Students were doing their education through distance, learning or pursuing a diploma or not eligible for the scholarships. The government of India is currently offering 82,000 scholarships to students around the country. The Centre has very tactfully divided the scholarships among ICSE and CBSE boards. Also division has been made in the scholarships as per different states.
