The State Bank of India foundation has made a decision to introduce the Asha Scholarship Program 2023 to support the economically backward students of India. This is a part of SBI’s Integrated Learning Mission. Under the ILM, meritorious students from financially weaker backgrounds are selected by SBI to offer financial assistance.
Students from class 6th to 12th are eligible for the scholarship. It is important for the candidate to have at least 75% marks in their last passed class. Students from mostly all states of India can apply for this scholarship. To be eligible, the family income of the student must be less than Rs.3 lakhs per annum.
