Dutch universities have a lot of international students and have become excessively popular for the affordable education and high number of scholarships. The cost of accommodation in the Netherlands is also very low as compared to other European universities. This scholarship is offered by Maastricht University Scholarship Fund and the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science. The funding is done by both the University and the government. Under the scholarship 24 different scholarships are given to students worth €30,000 per year.
The scholarship is also sponsored by both the University as well as the government. But the scholarship is specially for students who are not from the European continent. In order to be eligible for the scholarship students have to be enrolled in a Masters or bachelor's course in Erasmus University. Upon the selections the students are given €5000 or €10000 or €15,000 depending upon the level for which they are selected.
This scholarship is meant specially for Academy Kharchi varas who fall in the top 10% scorers of their previous degree. The scholarship especially meant for non-EU non-European Fair Trade Association (EFTA) students. This means that students from the UK are also eligible for the scholarship. Only for LLM Advanced Studies programmes and the MSc in International Relations and Diplomacy, all the students irrespective of their nationality can apply.
