The chief minister of Telangana is inviting applications from underprivileged backgrounds to apply for study abroad scholarship.The minorities welfare department of the Telangana government has started a scholarship scheme specially for minorities. Under the scholarship, the selected students will get up to Rs.20,00,000 to pursue PhD courses from various countries like the United States, United Kingdom (UK), Australia, Canada, Singapore, Germany, South Korea, Japan, France, and New Zealand. if the total tuition fee of the university or college is less than Rs.20 lakhs then it will be covered completely by the scholarship fund. Students can go to the official overseas scholarship server to fill the application form.
