The Albert Einstein College of Medicine has recently broken a life changing news to all its students. The college will no longer take any kind of tuition fees from students and all the enrolled students will be provided cost free education for the coming years. Dr Ruth Gottesman who was the former student at the college, and also is among the board of trustees has decided to make a donation of $1 billion to the institution. She is a major philanthropist and her latest decision is going to change the lives of thousands of students. Students in their fourth year of the programme will also be reimbursed their tuition fees that have already been paid by them.
The decision of this charity is going to change the lives of many students for the better and inspire millions of people around the world to take such steps and do something for humanity. Currently there are more than 700 MD students, 209 students in PhD programme and 124 students in combined MD and PhD program that are studying at the institute. All of the students are going to be benefited under the new scheme and study without having to pay any tuition fees.
