Besant Kannada Medium Primary and Higher School run by the Besant group has been offering free education to students for a long period of time. But this was not a very renowned fact. However, after the pandemic the school has been deliberately popularising itself to attract all the students who are going through financial strains at their homes and have discontinued their education or are thinking about it. Apart from free education, the institute also provides free transport to students as well. Currently the total number of students studying in the school are 220 studying from class I to the SSLC. The school was established in 1918 by Besant Group and follows a Kannada curriculum.
