The US government makes study abroad, a priority among its political agendas

The State Department of the US has said that streamlining the process of providing visas and offering seamless immigration facilities to international students has now become the top priority of the US government. The Biden government understands the impact of international education and students on the economy of the USA. The USA's secretary of state Antony Blinken said in an interview, that after the pandemic, the country has been relentlessly working to provide international students with seamless transfer facilities. The consular team at the visa facilities has been expanded to make the visa selection process even faster. In 2022, the USA offered more than 580,000 visas to international students which is a record breaking number.
