Not all Australian universities have banned Indian students from these particular states. Only the following universities will not accept applications from the students coming from these Indian states.

Torrens University
Edith Cowan University (ECU)

The decision has been taken by these universities because of the amount of fraud applications that they receive from these Indian states. The universities end up rejecting around 94% of the total application.
