If not free then a lot of scholarships and grants are awarded to international students which eventually cuts down their tuition fees.   • Kajaani University of Applied Sciences

This university is situated in the heart of Finland. The town is very intriguing and full of hustle bustle. At the same time it's not too crowded. Ajar international student you can expect to pay around €4000-€6000 per year for a degree.
