The University grants commission has introduced a new program for training teachers to improve the quality of education in India. A new capacity building programme for the holistic development of children will be introduced. Some of these programmes will be online while others will be off-line. All the authorised schools of the country will have to become a part of this program. These programmes will range from a week to 2 weeks. This is all a part of the new education policy that aims to revolutionise the conventional education system of Indiato come in terms with the international standards of higher education.
