The University Grants Commission has recommended a new proposal due to which higher education might undergo huge changes. According to the latest proposal given by UGC 40% of higher education will be completed under the online mode. This proposal was created keeping in mind the NEP which encourages all the modes of learning. Teachers will be given the instruction to complete 40% of their syllabus through online mode and rest 60% through offline mode. The proposal is meant to increase the academic performance of the students, improve their skills and knowledge and make them use-to hybrid learning. Teachers can also make the best use of blended education by putting together online and offline resources in an effective manner to make the learning process more engaging.
