Many top universities from New Zealand including the University of Canteberry, the University of Ontago have formed alliances with Indian institutions to promote studying in New Zealand among Indian students. these collaborations will help students to start their higher education in India and then gradually shifting New Zealand to complete their course. Not only is it more affordable but it also makes the student comfortable as the studying abroad process is not abrupt and the student doesn't feel alienated because of the support of two universities. These collaborative programmes were initially started because of the fall in the number of international students going to New Zealand for higher education. But now the New Zealand government has understood how these initiatives can help in increasing the number of international students.
