The country of Norway believes that everyone has the right to education irrespective of the fact that they are the citizens of their country or not. Public universities of Norway offer education for free so there are no tuition charges. Students however have to pay for their accomodation and semester charges. The country is one of the most visited tourist places in the world and has very low crime rates. If you are considering moving to Norway, here are five universities in Norway that offer you education for free and that too with English taught programs.
