RWTH Aachen University
This is a German University where tuition fee is free for students. You just have to manage your accommodation and pay a contribution fee of 50 euros which can be easily self-earned through part-time jobs.
University of Oslo
This university is in Norway and is one of the top-ranked universities. Living in Norway can be expensive but they allow students to work part-time 20 hours weekly so they can earn money to support themselves.
University of Iceland
This university doesn't charge a penny to international students in the form of tuition fees. You just have to pay around 560 USD as registration fees annually.
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
Also considered the 'public ivy league’, this university has a lot of programs to offer. It allows students to enter into Ph.D. programs with a bachelor's degree and Nigerian students don't even have to give TOEFL.
