University of Canberra ranked number for reducing inequalities

posted on: April 25, 2022

The University of Canberra has been ranked number one again for the second time consequently by Times Higher Education for keeping its promise to promote equity and sustainable changes. This year the university also got back its global ranking of 57th position. This ranking is based majorly on how the University of Canberra works in ensuring equality of education and resources and the quality of research that happens in the university. Canberra is thought to be a fairly homogeneous city but the university has 28th percent of its student population internationally which is surprising. Professors have said that the university has a lot of measures to ensure equality and non-discrimination and makes sure that the students and staff have a good experience all together.
