The United States of America has regained its position as the top study abroad destination among Indian students once again. According to a recent survey done among students who want to go abroad for higher education, 18.84% of students choose the US as their first priority. 17.85% of students choose Canada as their priority. Earlier Canada had overtaken the US being the top choice of the majority of students who wanted to study abroad in India. But now it seems like with all the changes that the US has made in its visa policies, most students are now attracted towards America and its universities. The United States of America has offered a record-breaking number of study abroad visas to Indian students in the past session. The US embassy plans to grant even more visas this year to Indian students.
