The US citizenship and immigration services have made alterations in the requirements for the two-year foreign residents programme. The update specifies how USCIS will make sure that all the requirement criteria have been fulfilled. This new guidance has been effective from 24th October, 2023. This is the J1 visa classification, which is extremely important if immigrants want to participate in specified skilled activities like teaching, nursing, healthcare, practitioners and many other categories.
Now for certain J1 visitors, it is very important to be physically present in the country to practise some professions listed under the J1 category. As per the new requirement process, all those people who had to be physically present in the country to practise specified professions will have to consider the changes and work accordingly.
