Studying medicine can be a very long and detailed journey. Medical degrees are generally longer to finish than degrees such as engineering, business, and others related to art and literature. But wouldn't you be surprised if you came to know that you could finish your medical degree in three years instead of four years? Over the past few years, a lot of medical colleges have been launching programs known as accelerated medical degrees where you have the opportunity to complete your regular four-year medical degree in a span of just three years. These degrees are designed for students who want to complete their studies as early as possible with a lesser amount of investment in their education. Around 30 universities across Canada and the United States of America offer this accelerated medical degree program. Some of these universities are McMaster University Medical School in Ontario, Canada, Medical College of Wisconsin's Green Bay and Central Wisconsin campuses, and New York University's Manhattan-based Grossman School of Medicine and its Long Island School of Medicine, etc. There is not much difference between a regular four years medical degree and an accelerated medical day.
