With the start of a new academic year, many institutes have started offering different management programmes to students. Leadership is recognised as one of the biggest strengths of people in the field of management. Along with leadership, other qualities, such as resource allocation, decision making, planning, executing, and staffing, and also some very important parts of having a successful business. Keeping all of this in mind, IIM Kozhikode's distinguished faculty has come together to offer an online course of 150 hours. This will offer a comprehensive learning experience through recorded lectures. The institute has already completed 13 other batches of this very problem. Further students will also have the opportunity to spend two days at the campus for an immersive experience.
