Australia will be launching its new crackdown policy to regularise the international education scenario in the country. In the light of these events, new shocking data has been released. It was found out that only half of the students who come to Australia for higher education are able to secure a job. Every year more than six lakh students immigrate to Australia in the hope of a brighter future. But only a few of them are able to fulfil their dreams. Many of the students even work in low skilled jobs, earning less than AU$53,000 annually.
Australia promises permanent residency to international students who are able to reside and work in Australia after completing their education for a particular period of time. Although the promise is not fake, the real image is not portrayed to students. There is a high uncertainty of being able to secure a job. Students with high skill sets and experienced people get jobs a lot easier than students who do not have a lot of skills and experience.
