A few years ago the US and the Uk were considered as the land of opportunities. They were the dream and the very much conventional destinations for students to pursue their higher education. Indian students make up for a huge share in the economy of these countries. But in recent years the pattern has been changing to a huge extent. Students have grown keener interest towards countries like Newzealand, Australia and Canada. This is because of multiple reasons such as easy acceptance in universities, higher visa clearance rate, better job opportunities and lifestyle and longer work permits after the completion of their studies. Countries like America and the UK are very competitive when it comes to admission in their universities. Also their visa acceptance criteria is very tough, so the success rate is not very high and it leads to a lot of wastage of money and effort. So students now prefer the easier and more efficient route.
